Inside Sales Representative / Lease Consultant Location: Allen, TX | Onsite COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE • $23.08/hr + Uncapped Commission • Monday–Friday • Start Date: February 24, 2026 ROLE IMPACT As an Inside Sales Representative / Lease Consultant, you will be instrumental in securing lease agreements by engaging and converting landlord leads into signed deals. You’ll manage the full sales lifecycle—from first contact to final documentation—while benefiting from a warm lead funnel and high earning potential. This role supports strategic revenue goals and provides direct visibility into your impact on business growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Conduct high-volume outbound calling and respond to inbound landlord leads • Build rapport quickly and identify decision-makers to move deals forward • Present and negotiate lease terms clearly and persuasively • Draft, review, and submit accurate lease documentation • Log and maintain precise CRM records of all interactions and agreements • Research and verify lease data using internal tools and public sources MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • 1–2 years of commission-based outbound sales experience • Strong phone presence and persuasive verbal communication skills • Comfortable multitasking and following structured processes • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word • High School Diploma or equivalent CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS • CRM platforms (Salesforce or equivalent) • Microsoft Excel, Word • VoIP calling systems • Internal sales enablement tools PREFERRED SKILLS • Experience in a call center or fast-paced customer service role • Proven record of exceeding sales targets or earning commission • Background in real estate or leasing environments LEGAL NOTICE By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
