Key Responsibilities :
General Accounting
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end and year-end close
- Support preparation of financial statements and internal reports
Zoho Books Management
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping within Zoho BooksEnsure accuracy of data entry, account categorization, and bank reconciliationsCustomize financial reports and improve workflow efficiency within the platformInventory and Retail Vending Accounting
Track and reconcile inventory transactions across retail and vending locationsExperience with purchase order, sales orders in ZohoBooksMonitor inventory levels, shrinkage, and variances; assist with cycle countsRecord and reconcile sales and inventory activity from vending machines and POS systemsCash Accountability
Oversee and reconcile cash collections from vending and retail locationsVerify cash deposits, reconcile discrepancies, and investigate variancesWork with location managers to improve cash handling and reporting proceduresMaintain clear audit trails and documentation for all cash-related transactionsPurchase Orders and Vendor Management
Create, track, and reconcile purchase ordersMatch vendor invoices with POs and delivery recordsMonitor outstanding POs and support the accounts payable processMulti-Location Coordination
Consolidate financial data from multiple Naturals2Go and Naturals2Go Plus Holdings retail and vending sitesCommunicate with location managers to ensure consistent accounting practicesProvide reports on performance, costs, and cash accountability per locationQualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a retail or multi-location environmentExcel skills; comfortable with data analysis, pivot tables, and reconciliationsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlinesMust be able to work on-site in Savannah, GAPreferred Qualifications :
Experience in vending, retail, or distribution environmentsFamiliarity with Zoho ecosystem tools (Zoho Inventory, Zoho Analytics, etc.)To Apply :

Compensation & Benefits :
