ALTERNATING WEEKENDS

$112,486 BASE SALARY

Job Description:

• Perform a head-to-toe assessment on all patients and re-assignments as per policy.
• Formulated, prioritizes and documents nursing diagnosis consistent with the assessment data.
• Performs patient care responsibilities considering needs specific to the patient's age.
• Ability to revise a plan of care as indicated by the patient's response to treatment and evaluate overall plan for daily effectiveness.
• Knowledge of medications and their correct administration based on age of the patient and their clinical condition.
• Ability to perform treatments and provide services according to scope of practice.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Current licensed and Registration as a Professional Registered Nurse in New York State
• BCLS/ACLS required
• Bachelors preferred
• Basic Arrhythmia course preferred
• PALS required
• CHILD ABUSE CERTIFICATION
• STROKE CERTIFICATION + 5 CEU STROKE RELATED COURSES
• MODERATE SEDATION CERTIFICATION
