BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Transaction Processor in Nashville, TN 37214

Job Title : Transaction Processor

Duration : 4 Months (Temp to perm)

Location : Nashville, TN 37214

Anticipated Start Date : ASAP

Job Type : Contract (40 hrs. a week)

Pay Range : $18-$20 / hr

(Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Work Schedule :

M-F 7am till clean desk

Job Description :

Responsible for processing lockbox accounts by extracting the contents, negotiating the

checks and preparing the output according to the customer instructions within the timeframes

established.

Typically performs basic clerical duties (as above) and / or other clerical duties that require a general

knowledge of the department. You will work under direct supervision with limited routine decision-

making with guidance from Workflow / Supervisor. You may need to require basic PC skills.

Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties) :

• Operating mail extraction units, making payment processing decisions based on customer

requirements

This position requires the employee to stand for extended periods in the mornings, sometimes up to 1 to 2 hours. Additionally, the role requires frequent movement, as the employee will need to get up and down from their seat throughout the day to retrieve printed headers from the printer to place on their work, a task that will be performed several times daily.
