A well-established pediatric-focused dental office in Bakersfield, CA is seeking a friendly, patient-centered General Dentist to join our growing team. This position is open to both full-time and part-time candidates, and new graduates with an interest in pediatrics are encouraged to apply.

About the Opportunity :

Join a supportive, family-friendly pediatric practice committed to providing gentle, high-quality care to children of all ages. Our ideal candidate is open to working in a pediatric environment—previous experience with children is a plus, but not required . You will be supported by a rotating team of assistants, ensuring you always have help chairside.

Compensation Structure :

• Daily Base : $800–$900 / day to start (flexible depending on experience).
• Compensation Model : Begin on a daily base , then transition to percentage of production after an initial period.
