Director, Human Resources Technology Operations

POSITION SUMMARY

The Director of Human Resources Technology Operations is a strategic leader responsible for advancing the organizations people data strategy and HR technology ecosystem. This role oversees HRIS operations establishes and scales the HR shared services model and leads People Resource analytics capabilities. The Director partners closely with the Enterprise Data & Analytics team to ensure alignment of data governance predictive modeling and advanced insights that drive workforce and business decisions.

This position is located in Appleton WI.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Leadership :

• Develop and execute a comprehensive PR technology and analytics roadmap aligned with organizational priorities and strategies.
• Serve as a key advisor to PR leadership on workforce trends predictive insights and technology innovations.
• Problem solver who can investigate an issue find the cause make necessary corrections and formulate / communicate new policies if necessary
• High professional ethics and unquestionable integrity. Demonstrates assertive yet personable and flexible style.
• High sense of urgency and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
