Quality Control Manager
The Quality Control Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing all quality control systems and processes. This person will supervise a team of quality leads, quality control inspectors, and technicians of two precast facilities to ensure a consistent and robust Quality Program over our precast operations.

This position will be based in Fairfield or Wasco, CA, and will require some travel between precast facilities. This is not a remote or hybrid position.
Responsibilities include preparing, training, and enforcing Standard Operations Procedures for all Quality Control activities. The role also involves coordinating and implementing a quality control program for our precast facilities with Quality Personnel, Plant Manager, Engineers, and Supervisors to ensure production activities maximize product reliability and reduce rework costs. Additionally, the position requires accurate filing and certification of all documents required under statutory compliance and client / customer contractual agreements. The Quality Control Manager will also perform mix design reviews, investigate and establish root cause analysis for NCRs, assist Plant Quality Leads in developing corrective actions, and track and report back NCR metrics. Experience in leadership, problem-solving, creativity, strategic thinking, fostering cooperation and teamwork is required. The role includes participating in all plant inspections inclusive of management, client, and statutory compliance agencies, inspecting, observing, and documenting all operations to ensure specified procedures are followed, and preparing, qualifying, and submitting all mix designs used. Additionally, the role will drive district quality standards, help project managers contract quality requirements, help projects set up and maintain quality plans, perform QA audits on projects, and coordinating 5-12 Quality Managers to District Standards.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred. DOT, ACI, PCI Level 1 & 2 Certification preferred. Base compensation is $125,000 - $150,000 (actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and / or location).
