Gastroenterologist opening in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 2-year minimum compensations : $600,000Private practice Details :

• FT, permanent
• Medical group is launching its first site in the Philadelphia area. Looking for an entrepreneurial Gastroenterologist that would like to be the cornerstone member of this practice and help build and grow the group in Pennsylvania.
• Monday-Friday schedule
• Outpatient position
• First 2 years : The only hospital time is 2 days / month to treat high acuity patients that can‚Äôt be seen in outpatient clinic.
• After 2 years : No hospital time at all.
• The hired candidate would be employed as a member of the medical group with a 2-year minimum compensation commitment of $600k / year while the Philadelphia practice grows. Ability to be a clinical as well as business leader.
• Practice out of a beautiful ASC in the Main Line
• The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of post-Fellowship experience and is interested in clinical and business operations
• Partnership track
• RVU compensation model. Senior members of the medical group earn $750K - $1M
