Compensation:

• 2 years of experience: $30.69/hour
• 5 years of experience: $33.71/hour
• 17+ years of experience: $43.20/hour

Shift Differentials:

• Nights: $4.25/hour
• Weekends: $3.00/hour

Sign-On Bonus: $20,000

The unit is part of the Med-Surg team and requires professionals skilled in managing patient care across a variety of surgical cases.Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients in a 45-bed inpatient surgical unit.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop care plans, and ensure continuity of care.
• Manage a nurse-to-patient ratio of 7:1, demonstrating efficiency and clinical expertise.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent (within the last 4 years) acute care RN experience.
• Licensure: Current Florida RN license or an RN Compact license with the ability to obtain FL licensure within 90 days of hire.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire.
