You'll bring creativity and enthusiasm to every session, directly impacting the lives of our young clients as you provide personalized ABA therapy under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. This role offers a unique blend of creativity and compassion, perfect for those who thrive outside the confines of a desk job. We are currently hiring for the session time slot 12 : 30-4 : 00 pm Monday through Friday, with the option to grow to full-time as client availability increases.

Compensation : $23+ hourly

Responsibilities :

• Conduct 1 : 1 applied behavior analysis sessions in various settings, such as in-home, center, and community-based environments, based on individualized treatment plans (ISPs) created by BCBAs.
• Utilize the provided iPad for data collection to track and assess the effectiveness of treatment plans.
• Document progress on treatment goals through daily written session notes.
• Collaborate with the supervising BCBA to review progress and address any obstacles hindering advancement.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with both families and staff at A Better Day ABA, PLC.
