[job_card.job_description]Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team in alignment with Hair Saloons core values, standards, and culture Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent for your saloon Conduct regular coaching conversations and performance evaluations to support team growth and accountability Perform premium mens grooming services to Hair Saloon standards approximately 75% of the time Oversee daily operations including scheduling, inventory, quality control, store finances, and facilities Ensure an exceptional guest experience by supporting our guests in selecting services, styles, and products Build lasting relationships with guests, team members, and corporate partners Follow, communicate, and reinforce Hair Saloons standard operating procedures Foster a positive, professional, team-oriented environment rooted in servant leadership Active Missouri cosmetology and / or barber license Minimum 3 years of experience in the hair industry Prior leadership or management experience required Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to balance people leadership with business accountability Comfort using retail computer technology and basic financial reporting Flexible availability, including a full-time schedule Monday through Saturday Competitive annual salary Quarterly profit-sharing bonus Great hours - and were closed on Sundays Paid vacation, holidays, and sick time Medical, dental, and vision insurance Retirement savings plan with employer match Ongoing training, leadership development, and career advancement opportunities Assistant managers, full-time front desk support, and strong corporate office support Immediate, established client base Fun, team-oriented culture with a strong sense of community

Salon (Saloon) Managers are the heartbeat of our Hair Saloon locations. As a Saloon Manager, you set the tone for your store, your team, and the guest experience every single day. Youll work closely with the corporate team to develop talent, grow a profitable business, and deliver a consistently exceptional experience for every guest who walks through the door.
We believe the #1 driver of job satisfaction is a team members manager, and we take that responsibility seriously. This role is ideal for a licensed hair professional who loves leading people and building strong teams, and who still enjoys being behind the chair as part of the business.
Note : An active Missouri cosmetology and / or barber license is required for this full-time position.
