A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Voice.

Key Responsibilities

Own and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the Voice channel and Knowledge Base

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and launches

Oversee the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in product management, particularly with voice or contact center features

A degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent professional experience

Experience with AI and its application in product management

Strong ownership of large projects and ability to work in ambiguous environments

Data-driven approach to setting goals and measuring success based on customer impact
