As a Closing Coordinator, you'll play a key role in making sure everything is ready for a seamless loan closing. From double-checking compliance requirements and finalizing fees to coordinating with teammates, vendors, and closing agents, you'll help ensure every detail is handled on time and with care.

This position typically starts at $21.23/hour with opportunities for monthly and quarterly bonus compensation that offer potential earnings of $44,000 - $76,500 per year. However, our top performers consistently exceed the upper limits of this range, thanks to performance incentives designed to reward your hard work and dedication.

Here's a snapshot of what you'd be doing:

• Managing a pipeline of loans, taking ownership of each one to make sure every detail is in order and timelines are met.
• Working closely with a variety of people, striking up conversations with teammates and external partners to keep things running smoothly.
• Drafting and reviewing closing packages and working behind the scenes with loan teams and title companies to ensure every loan closes on time and with top-notch quality.
• Staying in the loop with industry guidelines to guarantee all processes are compliant even as things change.
