We are a premier fine dining destination in Raleigh, NC, and are seeking an experienced and dedicated Front of House Manager AND Bar Manager / Beverage Director to lead our service team. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of orchestrating exceptional front-of-house operations in an upscale restaurant environment. This leadership role is responsible for upholding our commitment to unparalleled guest service, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring seamless daily operations. The Front of House Manager is central to our mission of delivering a consistently outstanding dining experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee all daily front-of-house operations, including staff scheduling, floor management, and service execution to ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
• Lead, train, and mentor the FOH team, including servers, hosts, and bussers, fostering a culture of excellence, professionalism, and teamwork. Implement ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge and fine dining service etiquette.
• Champion an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure. Engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and professionally resolve any concerns to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Manage reservation systems, such as OpenTable, to optimize seating, manage waitlists, and strategically plan for service flow during peak hours.
• Ensure proficiency and provide support for our POS system, troubleshooting issues to prevent service disruptions and maintain operational fluidity.
• Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and culinary team to ensure seamless communication, proper timing of courses, and a unified approach to service.
• Assist in managing inventory for front-of-house supplies, including linens, glassware, and beverages, to control costs and ensure availability.
• Uphold all restaurant policies, procedures, and health and safety standards, ensuring a safe and compliant environment for both staff and guests.
