The Role: Recruiter

As a Recruiter at Addison Group, you’ll play a key role in building high-impact talent pipelines and connecting great people with great opportunities. This is a dynamic, relationship-driven role where you’ll identify top talent, build lasting connections, and collaborate closely with Business Development Managers to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

What You’ll Do

• Proactively source, engage, and attract top talent using a mix of tools including internal databases, job boards, and social platforms
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through outreach, networking, and consistent follow-up
• Develop meaningful relationships with candidates through calls, meetings, and ongoing communication
• Partner with Business Development Managers to align candidates with client needs and open roles
• Negotiate compensation and successfully close placements in line with company goals
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records for tracking and reporting
• Represent Addison Group with professionalism and enthusiasm at networking events and industry functions

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in the staffing or recruiting industry preferred
• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Natural relationship-builder with strong interpersonal skills
• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed

Salary - Base (50k-60k) + commission
