About The Position

• One week per month, flexible on days
• At outset, 3 / 4 of patients expected to be new
• 60+ minutes for new evaluations, 30+ minutes for follow-ups
• Ages 8+ in clinic, mostly adult patients
• Most frequent cases : depression, PTSD, opioid addiction
• Fellowship training or C&A certification a plus
• Comfort with Suboxone preferred
• Hospital privileges required
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
