Position Overview :

Were seeking a BI Solutions Engineer with solid experience in Power BI Power Automate and data modeling to help us build efficient scalable analytics infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone with 35 years of experience whos ready to take ownership of dataflows automation and backend BI architectureworking alongside a dedicated Data Analyst focused on reporting and insights.

Essential Functions :

Build and maintain Power BI dataflows to support scalable and reusable data pipelines

Develop and optimize semantic data models for reporting and analytics

Design and manage Power Automate flows to streamline data refreshes notifications and business processes

Support light development and integration of Power Apps for internal tools and data capture

Collaborate with the Data Analyst to ensure alignment between data models and reporting needs

Integrate data from various sources including SQL Server Excel SharePoint and cloud platforms

Monitor and troubleshoot data refreshes performance issues and automation failures

Document processes and provide training / support to business users as needed

Diversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certain skillsets / experiences are necessary; however others can be developed along the way.

Required Qualifications :

35 years of experience in BI development preferably with Power BI and Power Platform

Strong proficiency in DAX Power Query (M) and relational data design

Proven experience with Power Automate including complex flow logic and integrations

Familiarity with Power Apps for basic app development and form creation

Experience with SQL and cloud-based data sources (e.g. Azure SharePoint)

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

The anticipated starting pay range for this position is $72000 to $115000 annualized. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge / skills relevant experience business needs and geographic location.

At Brunswick it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidates qualifications and the business context.
