We are looking for an amazing AI Data Scientist to fill this role, which is based in our Doral office. The AI Data Scientist is a strategic and technical leadership role responsible for driving innovation, insight generation, and business impact through advanced analytics and artificial intelligence. This position will lead the development and deployment of predictive models, machine learning solutions, and experimentation frameworks. Partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders, the role translates complex business challenges into scalable data science initiatives, shaping the roadmap for AI adoption and delivering measurable outcomes across commercial, operational, and guest experience domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of predictive models that forecast guest behavior, optimize pricing and promotions, and improve operational efficiency.
• Apply statistical and machine learning techniquesincluding regression, classification, clustering, time series forecasting, and uplift modelingto solve complex business problems.
• Design and evaluate experiments (e.g., A / B testing) across digital and offline channels, ensuring statistical rigor and actionable insights.
• Monitor model performance over time, define success metrics, and implement strategies for continuous improvement and recalibration.
