[job_card.job_description]1.5 months paid time off in year 1 Paid for medical and dental $300-350K base and bonuses between 20-60k per year Student loan repayment Relocation Assistance Sign On Bonus long term disability, 401K, CME allowance H1B Visa Sponsorship Schedule : M-F 8-5 Daily Patient Load : 13 infusion chairs in two separate rooms. 5 private rooms for long term infusions. Non-infectious OP infusions and blood transfusions. 15-20 / day. This is in addition to consults and f / u pts. 20-30 consults / mo. 15-25 f / u pts / day. Call is divided among 5 Med Oncs. Team Size : 1 employed Hem / Onc and 2 NPs, 4 patient navigators, dedicated Social Worker & Dietician. Nursing staff is trained by Oncology Nursing Society cancer Chemotherapy / Immunotherapy. They are all cross trained to care for Radiation pts. 5 Cancer Conferences / month (2-breast, 2-lung, and 1 general)

About the area :
Quaint small town of 45,000 people, excellent restaurants, a symphony orchestra, great live music. The city has put a lot of money into revitalizing downtown. Community of 120,000 people is nestled in NW Ohio surrounded by beautiful parks and lakes. We have two very large lakes within 45 minutes, two world known amusement parks within 2 hours (Kings Island and Cedar Point). We have indoor soccer and tennis, state of the art YMCA, wonderful sports programs at our schools and a great concentration on music. Lima is located in northwest central Ohio, on Interstate 75, 10 miles south of junction U.S. Route 30. Lima is the largest inland city in northwest central Ohio, within 250 miles of the 10 largest cities in the central states. Lima sits midway between Detroit, Cincinnati, Toledo, Dayton, Indianapolis, Columbus and Ft. Wayne. Lima has been the second largest retail market in Ohio for the past seven years.
