Home Infusion Nursing Role

This role is responsible for planning and coordinating new referrals, providing phone triage of existing patients, and delivering direct nursing services and case management related to infusion therapy. The position requires collaboration and coordination with various providers, patients, caregivers, physicians, and payors.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Oregon Registered Nurse License or Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
Licensed in states where care is delivered upon hire
At least 3 years Home Infusion nursing experience
