System Administrator (Managed Services / Microsoft 365 & Azure)
A fast-growing MSP is hiring a System Administrator to support and modernize client environments across Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure Entra ID, VMware, and SonicWall. This role blends escalated support with light project work and offers steady growth, strong benefits, and a partial WFH schedule.
What You Will Do
- Resolve Level 2 escalations across Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure Entra ID, Exchange, and desktop environments
- Configure and troubleshoot SonicWall firewalls, switches, routers, and VPNs
- Support VMware environments, server upgrades, and workstation deployments
- Implement remote access solutions such as VPN and Terminal Services
- Support backups, security tools, and LAN / WAN connectivity
- Document resolutions and communicate clearly with clients
