Critical Care Physician Opportunity - 45 Minutes from Nashville, TN

164 Shifts Annually | $415K Base + Bonuses | Total 1st-Year Earnings up to $500K

A well-established and highly respected Critical Care program in Middle Tennessee is seeking an additional Critical Care Physician to join its growing team. Enjoy a balanced schedule, excellent compensation, and the charm of a welcoming community-just a short drive from Nashville.

Position Highlights

164 shifts annually

Established, supportive ICU team

Hospital-employed position

Academic affiliation with opportunities for teaching

Cerner EMR

New grads welcome

Compensation & Incentives

$415,000 base salary

Productivity & quality bonuses-1st year income potential up to $500,000

$50,000 sign-on bonus

$50,000 loan assistance

Up to $10,000 relocation assistance

Up to $25,000 in additional quality bonuses

Full benefits package, including tail malpractice coverage
