Manage and cultivate strategic relationships with carriers and TPAs

Advance strategic alignment across underwriting, contracting, and benefit design

Serve as the primary escalation point for carrier-level issues

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in employee benefits consulting and relationship management

Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet tight deadlines

Established relationships and knowledge of national and regional health plans

Experience managing a network of health plan advisors for strategic guidance

Desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment
