[job_card.job_description]Operating packaging equipment and monitoring production output. Conducting regular inspections of products and machinery. Cleaning and preparing machines between jobs. Following safety protocols, including proper PPE and lock-out / tag-out procedures. Reporting any issues with equipment, safety, or production to supervisors. Motivated and dependable, ready to learn and work scheduled shifts. Stand for long periods of time Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and move safely throughout the facility. Basic reading and math skills. Strong focus on safety and quality. Opportunity for permanent placement after temp period. Multiple shift options and supportive work environment. Hands-on role with opportunities to develop skills in production and machine operation.

Kelly Services is hiring Packaging Operators for a manufacturing facility in Holley, NY.
This temp-to-hire position offers multiple shifts :
- Day Shift : 6 : 00 AM 6 : 00 PM | $17.54 / hour
- Night Shift : 6 : 00 PM 6 : 00 AM | $19.04 / hour (includes $1.50 shift differential)
- Rotating Schedule available
As a Packaging Operator , you'll run packaging machinery safely and efficiently, ensuring products meet quality standards while maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
