About Us: At LOT Commercial Property Services, we specialize in commercial properties and outdoor retail spaces.
About You: You are an experienced Concrete Finisher with at least 5 years of hands-on experience working with a wide range of concrete finishes and a strong understanding of industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Place, spread, level, and finish concrete for floors, sidewalks, slabs, curbs, and other structures.
- Apply various finishing techniques (trowel, float, broom, stamp, stain, or polish) to achieve specified textures and appearance.
- Set, align, and remove forms; ensure proper grading and slope.
- Monitor the curing process and ensure quality standards are met.
- Operate finishing tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of verifiable concrete finishing experience.
- Knowledge of concrete mixing, finishing tools, and surface treatments.
- Ability to read and follow plans, drawings, and project specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in varying weather conditions.
Preferred:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience in commercial or residential projects.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Stamina to stand, kneel, and bend for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
