The Admin supports daily office operations by managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, handling communication, assisting with projects, and ensuring efficiency through strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.

What It's Like To Work As An Admin :

• Administer all testing for local applicants and coordinate badging and vetting
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training of local employees
• Daily management of timekeeping entries, payroll, and issue resolution
• Handle HR-related issues, communicate with corporate, and manage employee files
• Maintain employee schedules to ensure proper staffing coverage
• Exemplify PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by management
