Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient management through performance monitoring and process improvement

Participate in strategic planning and collaborate on policy and procedure development for the division

Manage financial processes, including budgeting and P&L for the division, while ensuring compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

Experience in leadership roles within the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities sector

Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and accreditation standards

Proven track record in financial management and operational oversight

Ability to collaborate with senior leadership and drive strategic initiatives

Experience in program development and improvement in a non-profit environment
