Senior Research Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Research Analyst to support strategic risk stratification and documentation through data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute analyses to integrate and evaluate diverse data sources for risk adjustment

Translate and communicate analysis results to synthesize insights and drive action across teams

Provide subject matter expertise in risk analytics and support junior colleagues in programming and model implementation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience; an advanced degree may substitute for some experience

Experience with SQL and Python for data manipulation and statistical programming

Knowledge of CMS Risk Adjustment models and healthcare data sources

Excellent quantitative analysis abilities with experience in data visualization and reporting

Ability to manage projects through the entire life cycle, from design to presentation of findings
