Corporate Venture Capital Associate

Am Law 100 firm representing overseas companies and investors seeks an associate to join their Venture Capital & Emerging Companies practice.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of Significant venture capital experience and must have Excellent written/verbal communication skills, as this position requires an immediate partner and client contact. Strong academic credentials, excellent critical reasoning skills, and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts are required. Graduated with a JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school and admitted to or eligible for admission to the Massachusetts Bar
