We're seeking a passionate Program Supervisor for our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) who prioritizes patient care and strives for clinical excellence.

Location : (On-Site) Clarity Clinic Loop location - 333 N Michigan Ave. Chicago, IL

Schedule : Monday-Friday (On-Site) 11am - 8pm (three nights a week with one hour break).

In this role, you will :

• Provide leadership and supervision to partially licensed and non-licensed (MA / LSW / AMFT / LPC) program therapists in the clinic's program, while maintaining direct oversight of the IOP / PHP program initiatives and performance metrics.
• Support Program Therapist that run IOP / PHP groups, who also provide 1 : 1 Therapy (as Primary Therapist) to assigned program participants.
• Conduct patient assessments to determine the mental health needs and interventions necessary of clients entering the Intensive Outpatient Program to establish therapy treatment goals.
• Provide experience and training leading manualized DBT / CBT skills-based groups.
• Work directly with the patient and families, to ensure active and collaborate care from the initiation of treatment to the time of discharge.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapeutic services as assigned using evidence-based modalities and interventions.
• Document all necessary information in our EMR / EHR platform (Advanced MD).
• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure quality client care.
• Evaluate progress and effectiveness of therapy interventions.
• Offer psychoeducation to clients and their families, providing support and resources to enhance understanding of mental health diagnosis and treatment journey.
