We are hiring General and Diesel Technicians: searching for ambitious, reliable individuals with experience, schooling, and/or Ford certifications; we also encourage those beginning in the field to apply. Our Service Department employs 30 exceptional technicians, some of the best in the business. These technicians are coworkers who are great to work with and help mentor newcomers. Fuller Ford is a centrally located dealer in downtown Cincinnati, and has been in business for over 80 years. We have one of the area’s largest parts departments, stocking more Ford parts than any other local dealer.
