Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including sales, inventory, distribution, and customer service.
• Lead, mentor, and develop branch staff to ensure high performance and employee satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, vendors, and industry partners.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and market share in the region.

Qualifications:
