Corporate Associate Attorney (Fintech / Blockchain / Cryptocurrency) – San Francisco or Palo Alto

Direct Counsel is seeking a Corporate Associate to join a leading Am Law 100 firm with a top-ranked Global Fintech practice. This is an opportunity to work with a Chambers USA Band 1 practice group at the forefront of advising clients in the digital asset, blockchain, and cryptocurrency industries.

About the Role :

Represent companies and investors in the fintech and digital asset space.

Advise on venture financings, corporate transactions, token offerings, and securities law matters.

Provide counsel on general corporate issues in connection with innovative technologies.

Collaborate with a highly regarded team recognized as a market leader in fintech and blockchain law.

Qualifications :

2–5 years of corporate law experience at a top law firm.

Strong academic credentials.

Demonstrated interest and / or experience in fintech, blockchain, or digital asset matters.

Experience with venture financings, securities law, and token offerings preferred.

Location : San Francisco, CA

Palo Alto, CA

Compensation :

The expected annual salary range for this role is $235,000 – $365,000 , commensurate with experience and other relevant factors.
