Responsibilities :

• Assist in developing and executing strategic plans to expand the client base in Fort Wayne, IN.
• Engage actively in training sessions to enhance your real estate knowledge and skills.
• Collaborate with experienced agents to learn effective client relationship management techniques.
• Utilize our proven lead generation systems to identify and pursue potential clients.
• Participate in client follow-up activities to ensure a seamless and satisfactory experience.
• Contribute to team meetings by sharing insights and learning from peers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
