Principal Evaluation Scientist

A company is looking for a Principal Evaluation Scientist to lead evaluation and quality assessment efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Lead rigorous mixed-methods evaluations from design through analysis and dissemination

Translate complex findings into actionable insights and partner with various teams for program improvement

Contribute to evaluation frameworks and produce materials for funding proposals and grant reporting

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in evaluation, applied research, measurement, or social impact assessment

Deep expertise in mixed-methods evaluation, including quantitative and qualitative approaches

Experience with various evaluation approaches such as impact evaluation and participatory evaluation

Strong methodological judgment and experience with AI / ML-enabled evaluation approaches

Proven ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environments and produce evaluation outputs for diverse audiences
