A company is looking for a Director / Sr Director Strategic Solutions Lead (Biotech) to oversee proposal development and strategy alignment for clinical studies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute winning proposal strategies and key selling messages for drug development

Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to align operational strategy and budget with customer needs

Direct a high-impact team to deliver quality proposal deliverables within timelines and manage profitability targets

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant formal academic / vocational qualification

15+ years of relevant experience in the field

Advanced project leadership skills in a matrixed environment

In-depth knowledge of commercial and budgeting strategy, and the proposal development process

Expertise in customer relationship management and operational / financial practices
