A company is looking for a Business Support Specialist in the salon and spa space.

Key Responsibilities

Handle client inquiries and troubleshoot product and training-related questions via phone, email, and live chat

Document issues in Salesforce and provide resolutions to ensure client success

Stay updated on product knowledge and internal business processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree with 2 years of experience

Ability to type greater than 35 wpm

Reliable Internet Service Provider

Salesforce experience is a plus

Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S
