Hays Education is currently recruiting dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join weing schools in the Corby area.

You’ll be responsible for :

• Delivering personalised one-to-one and small group support for pupils with a variety of special educational needs
• Collaborating with class teachers and SENCOs to implement and monitor individual education plans (IEPs)
• Creating a safe, structured, and engaging learning space
• Supporting pupils withmunication, sensory, and emotional challenges
• Assisting with classroom organisation, resources, and inclusive learning activities
