A company is looking for a Regional Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Drive customer retention and identify upsell opportunities
Develop account plan strategies to enhance performance and customer experience
Build relationships with strategic leadership level customer contacts and manage escalations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Proven track record of managing complex relationships and closing renewals
2-5 years of experience in an account management role providing tech solutions to large enterprises
Strong forecasting and analytical skills
Bachelor's degree is required
Ability to manage multiple systems and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
