ChrisitanaCare is hiring an Occupational Therapy Supervisor to provide Occupational Therapy services to individuals requiring rehabilitation after injury or disease. In this position, you will assist the Director of Rehabilitation with the supervision and direction of the occupational therapy team.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities :

• Provides direct clinical evaluation and treatment of patients referred for Occupational Therapy
• Assists with day-to-day operations of the Occupational Therapy Department at the center for Rehabilitation at Wilmington Hospital
• Offers clinical oversight and leadership for therapy staff and programming
• Manages staff performance, development, and compliance with documentation, billing, and regulatory guidelines
• Evaluates therapy programs and leads performance improvement initiatives
• Promotes excellence in patient and family-centered care and responds to concerns promptly
• Maintains current knowledge of therapy regulations and educates staff as needed
• Provides professional consultation on patient goals, equipment, and discharge recommendations
• Supports student programming and academic collaborations
• Adheres to safety and infection control policies and reports hazards promptly

Annual Compensation Range $100,152.00 - $160,243.20

This pay rate / range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
