Entry-Level Accountant

We are looking for an entry-level accountant to join our team in Beverly Hills on a contract to permanent employment basis. This role offers the opportunity to work within the music industry, handling accounting tasks related to tour and show settlements, payment processing, and invoicing. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is eager to grow their accounting skills.

Responsibilities :

• Process tour and show settlements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
• Manage deposits, invoicing, and payment transactions with precision.
• Follow up on booking documentation to maintain organized records.
• Reconcile accounts and bank statements to ensure financial accuracy.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks effectively.
• Record accounting entries and maintain accurate financial data.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Utilize accounting software and tools to streamline processes.
• Assist with additional tasks as needed within the accounting department.
