Job Description

We’re looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our growing team in Ann Arbor. This is a hands-on clinical role focused on delivering exceptional pediatric OT services in a fully equipped sensory integration clinic. Responsibilities

Clinical Care

  • Complete evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver therapy sessions with active caregiver participation
  • Provide home exercise programs and ensure timely goal achievement
  • Document charges, billing codes, and progress notes accurately
  • Complete discharge summaries and maintain compliance with POCs

Collaboration & Growth

  • Attend weekly one-on-one mentorship sessions
  • Partner with caregivers and team members to optimize outcomes
  • Contribute to a positive, supportive clinic culture
  • Engage in continuing education and specialty certifications

    • Basic Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience as an Occupational Therapist (full-time clinical load)
  • Prior experience working with children in sensory processing, feeding, and self-regulation
  • Ability to commute to the Ann Arbor clinic daily
  • Mission alignment with trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming care
  • Valid OT license in Michigan

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience treating children with Sensory Processing Disorder, Autism, ADHD, and Anxiety
  • Specialty certifications such as Sensory Integration, Floortime, Brain Gym, SOS Feeding, or pelvic health
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in engaging families

    • Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary : $70,000 + bonus opportunities (negotiable)
