We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to lead a portfolio of strategic initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, implementing governance frameworks, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You will manage complex, multi-project portfolios, foster internal project management capabilities, and champion continuous improvement and automation initiatives. The position requires onsite presence in Plano, TX.

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $145,000 - $160,000. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical / dental / vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
