A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory practices, addressing patient inquiries and concerns
Schedule and reschedule patient appointments using a computerized system and provide necessary information to patients
Document patient information accurately and assist in training new personnel as directed
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED is required
Ability to explain healthcare issues with empathy and coach patients in navigating the healthcare system
Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Comfortable using various advanced communication tools
Effective interpersonal skills in a team environment
