Junior Graphic Designer

About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior Artist with a minimum of 1 year of professional experience who’s excited to grow their skills, contribute thoughtfully, and bring ideas to life through design. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craft, values storytelling through visuals, and thrives in a collaborative, goal-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling designs across digital and print platforms
• Support brand storytelling through thoughtful, intentional design choices
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and strategy teams to execute projects
• Prepare and deliver production-ready files for various formats
• Manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines and creative objectives
• Apply feedback constructively and continuously refine work

Must-Have Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a junior design or artist role
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign required)
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• A genuine passion for the craft and a commitment to continual improvement
• Strong appreciation for the story and strategy behind the art
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work toward creative and business outcomes

Pluses (Nice to Have)

• Experience creating Google animated ads
• A well-rounded portfolio showcasing:
• Digital design (web, social, ads)
• Print materials
• Promotional items and branded collateral
• A portfolio that demonstrates your approach to specific industry work, showing adaptability, research, and thoughtful creative problem-solving
