NaphCare has an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Corporate Headquarters in Birmingham. This position is on site at our Acton Road office and is not a remote position.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes and processes account payable in a timely manner.
• Codes invoices and check requests with correct codes conforming to standard procedures to ensure proper entry into the financial system.
• Investigates and resolves problems associated with the processing of invoices and follow up on pending issues.
• Prepares check requests, wire transfers, and ACH transactions for payment.
• Reconciles vendor statements on a monthly basis researching any discrepancies.
• Performs other duties as required to support the Accounting Department.
