A company is looking for a Sourcer, Operations to support its growing Operations talent function.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Operations Recruiters to source candidates for various operations roles

Manage the volume of qualified candidates at the top-of-funnel for supported searches

Develop creative sourcing strategies and provide a strategic approach to sourcing diverse talent

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a sourcer in a fast-paced, high-growth technology company

Proven record of recruiting top talent for Operations positions

Ability to attract passive candidates and build a diverse pipeline

Capability to learn and apply talent standards to sourcing efforts

Experience in using data-driven decision-making for sourcing strategies
