Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a long-term enablement roadmap aligned with partner growth and market goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure impactful and consistent enablement programs
Lead the design and delivery of scalable enablement programs that enhance partner readiness and business alignment
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in sales enablement, partner / channel enablement, or technical training
Strong understanding of B2B sales and partner / channel ecosystems, preferably in SaaS or technology industries
Proven ability to design and drive adoption of global enablement programs
Experience with enablement tools and platforms such as LMS and CRM
Collaborative mindset focused on driving partner success
