A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to map business processes to Salesforce capabilities
Facilitate workshops to gather user needs and create detailed documentation
Provide user support, conduct gap analysis, and develop test plans for solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with 3 years in Salesforce
Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator preferred
Proficient in Agile delivery methodology
Experience with AI is recommended
