Program Manager - Cloud & Data Migration (MDM / Phenom)

Overview

Seeking a highly technical Program Manager to lead enterprise-level initiatives with a primary focus on Master Data Management (MDM) and large-scale cloud migration projects. This role will manage two concurrent programs, with equal allocation of time :

  • MDM On-Prem to Cloud Migration (Informatica) - highly technical project requiring deep expertise in data migration, integrations, and Informatica tools.
  • Phenom Implementation - HR tech platform rollout, less technical but requiring strong program execution skills.

The Program Manager will oversee budgets, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication while driving execution across cross-functional teams.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Budget Management : Hands-on experience managing enterprise project budgets of $2M+ , including projections, actuals, and accruals.
  • Technical Program Management : Proven track record delivering cloud migration projects in large, complex organizations.
  • MDM Expertise : Strong experience leading Master Data Management projects (Informatica preferred), including on-prem to cloud migrations.
  • Agile Leadership : 3+ years managing multidisciplinary teams in Agile environments; ability to run ceremonies, drive accountability, and deliver on commitments.
  • Stakeholder Management : Excellent communication skills with proven ability to influence senior leadership and coordinate across business and technology functions.
  • Program Delivery : Demonstrated success delivering large-scale, high-impact projects on time and within budget.

    • Preferred Skills

  • Experience with HR or talent management platforms (Phenom or similar).
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools.
  • PMI or Scrum Master certification.
